Refund & Return Policy
By purchasing the product, the customer agrees to all the terms outlined in this return and exchange policy. Returns or exchanges can be processed by contacting us at 0549448944 and providing the necessary documentation.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
The customer may return or exchange purchases within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the items are in their original condition (as at the time of purchase).
Non-eligible items include:
Used, damaged, or improperly stored items.
Custom-made items (prepared per the customer’s request).
Items already installed or assembled by the customer.
Refund Process
If the returned items are not replaced with items of equal or higher value, the price difference will be refunded using the original payment method (cash/credit card/bank cheque).
For returns exceeding 500 SAR, refunds will be issued via bank cheque after 7 business days from the request date.
Defective or Damaged Items
Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The customer is entitled to a return or replacement in such cases.
