You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Report any suspicious activity immediately.
ANPROFILE is not liable for losses resulting from negligence in protecting your account details.

Electronic Communication:

By agreeing to these terms, you accept all electronic transactions as legally binding.
We reserve the right to record calls, emails, and other communications for quality assurance and service improvement.

Data Updates:

You must promptly update your personal information (e.g., address, phone number) if any changes occur.

Pricing & Supply Policy:

Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice.
Any discrepancies in orders must be reported to ANPROFILE on the same day of delivery.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Chemicals (with expiration dates).
- Products purchased as part of free offers or promotions.
If the return is due to ANPROFILE’s error, no fees apply. For personal returns, shipping and bank transfer fees will be deducted.

Shipping & Delivery:

Fridays and Saturdays are excluded from delivery timelines.
If an order is not received within 10 working days, please contact customer service.
ANPROFILE is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Warranty Policy:

Covered: Manufacturing defects only (per manufacturer’s terms).
Not Covered:
- Misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
- Consumables (e.g., filters, wires, oils).
- Damage from unapproved electrical connections.
Regular maintenance must be performed at ANPROFILE-authorized centers.
ANPROFILE’s technical report is final in warranty claims.
